We've all been annoyed from time to time by people who seem to think the world revolves around them and perhaps in some ways it does. Life's offerings are not distributed equally, and some people sincerely believe they are entitled to take more than they give. As the lyric says, life is grand when you're entitled.
Not written about anyone in particular (perhaps my dog believing he is entitled to a treat or a walk whenever he feels like it!), but a few politicians and company CEOs immediately spring to mind.
